These terms apply to approved SalonRestock business accounts and wholesale pricing, in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility and approval
Business accounts are intended for genuine salons, barbers, beauty professionals and related operators. We may request an ABN, trading details, delivery information or other reasonable verification. Approval is discretionary and may be reviewed or withdrawn.
Pricing and minimums
Account, trade and volume pricing may vary by product, quantity, promotion, supplier cost and customer status. Prices shown when an order is submitted apply to that order unless there is an obvious error. Minimum order values or pack quantities will be disclosed before purchase.
Payment and credit
Payment is due at checkout unless written credit terms are approved. Approved limits and due dates appear on invoices or account documents. We may suspend credit or supply for overdue amounts. You must notify us promptly of disputed invoices and pay undisputed amounts when due.
Resale and product use
You are responsible for lawful storage, handling, use and resale of products, including following manufacturer instructions and applicable workplace, health and safety requirements. You must not alter batch, expiry, safety or authenticity information.
Returns and warranties
Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies. Change-of-mind returns are limited to eligible unopened goods within 14 days. Statutory rights and any applicable manufacturer warranties are not excluded.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for authorised users and orders placed through your account. Tell us promptly if access is compromised or business details change.
