These terms apply to purchases from SalonRestock and use of salonrestock.com.au. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate, current information and keep account credentials secure. Business-account approval, pricing and credit access are discretionary and may be changed or withdrawn.
Products, pricing and orders
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Images and descriptions are provided in good faith; packaging may vary. An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject or cancel it, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock shortages or delivery restrictions. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout unless approved account terms apply. You authorise us and our payment providers to process applicable charges. Overdue business-account amounts may result in suspended supply and reasonable recovery costs where permitted by law.
Delivery and risk
Dispatch and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes on delivery to the nominated address. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns and consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to request a remedy.
Auto-Restock
Recurring orders are also governed by our Auto-Restock Terms. You authorise recurring charges until you pause or cancel under those terms.
Website use and intellectual property
Site content, branding and design are owned by or licensed to SalonRestock. You may use the site only for lawful purchasing and business information. You must not interfere with site security, scrape content at scale, upload malicious code or misuse another person's account.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where a statutory guarantee permits limitation, our liability is limited, at our option, to replacing or resupplying goods or services or paying the reasonable cost of doing so. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version. Existing orders remain governed by the terms accepted when ordered. Queensland law applies, and the courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
